This is the post-Rasul argument in the garden of “Mott House” on April 30, 2004. I remember it so well, Michael getting up on the garden table. (Mott House is across the street from the Supreme Court.) Michael was giving informal remarks to the gathering (which was 30 or 40 people). I believe I’m the only person who had a camera, and it was a cheap disposable. This was during that period when amateur photography was still making the transition from film to digital, and you could opt at the drug store when doing film processing, to get a disc in addition to prints.
